Dr. Piyush Kumar Gupta

Dr. Piyush Kumar Gupta is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Life Sciences, Sharda University, Greater Noida, India. His area of expertise includes Biomaterials, Nanomedicine, Nanoparticle Research, Drug Delivery, Tissue Engineering, and Environmental Nanotechnology. He has invented many technologies that are granted by Indian Patent Office and He has filed total 11 Indian patents in recent years. He has published 50 SCIE and Scopus indexed articles in his area of expertise. He has been bestowed with several awards including INSA Visiting Scientist Award, RSC-Nanoscale Horizons Award, ICBMI-Young Scientist Award, Prof. S. Rajeswari Award for Biomedical Innovation, ESB-Rudolf Cimdins Travel Fellowship, Honour for research excellence by Sharda University, and so many others. He is a member of Royal Society of Chemistry, American Chemical Society, and European Society for Biomaterials. He is an active life member of ISCA, APA, SBAOI, STERMI, and SMC. He has given more than 50 international and national talks and serve as an active reviewer for various international journals.
