Dr. Sinouvassane Djearamane
Dr. Sinouvassane Djearamane has obtained his PhD in Biochemistry from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Malaysia and he is presently working as Assistant Professor in Biomedical Science at the same university. He has almost 19 years of professional teaching experience in teaching multinational students from various disciplines of health sciences in India and Malaysia.
He was awarded “Best Outgoing Student of B.Sc., (Medical Laboratory Technology) for the year 1999” by Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), India and also received “Outstanding Performance Award in B.Sc., (MLT) for the year 1999 from Pondicherry University, India. He is also a recipient of numerus academic awards for his teaching excellence such as “Vice Chancellor’s Award for Innovative Teacher”, “Professor Emeritus Lee Fah Onn Award for Outstanding Teaching”, and “Teaching Innovation Award” from INTI Laureate International Universities, Malaysia. Also, a “Finalist for National Outstanding Education Award 2016” by Private Education Cooperative of Malaysia. Dr. Sino has published more than 20 research articles in highly indexed reputed international journals. Also shared his research findings in nearly 40 national and international research seminars & conferences. In addition, he is servicing as a reviewer in nearly 15 international journals. So far, he has been working in 9 research grants with a worth of around 7 million Indian rupees and his present research areas are Cytotoxicity of Engineered Nanoparticles (ZnO, Ag, TiO2) and the subsequent impact on Nutritional Values of Nutritional Supplement Microalgae (Spirulina, Hematococcus, Chlorella); Antimicrobial and Anticancer Properties of Green Synthesized ZnO NPs using medicinal plants and Anticancer Efficiency of nanoparticles Loaded with Chemotherapy drugs. Further, he has received “KSMCB Travel Grant Award” in the International Conference of Korean Society for Molecular and Cellular Biology 2018 South Korea, “Best Research Paper Award” at International Conference on Fostering Interdisciplinary Research in Health Sciences (ICFIRHS) 2019 and TWO “Research Publication Scheme Awards” from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, Malaysia. Also, he has been an Invited Judge for National Science Fair for Young Scientists organized by Association of Science Technology and Innovation (ASTI), Malaysia from the year 2019 until 2021.
